As a birth Doula I make it my goal to encourage, empower and provide evidence based research.  This gives you the ability to make truly informed choices for you birth journey.  

 

When it comes to pregnancy, birth and parenting, today's father wants to share everything with his partner. He wants to be actively involved; ease his partner's labor pain, welcome his baby at the moment of birth and help care for his newborn at home. A labor doula can help a father experience this special time with confidence.

You have a new tribe member!  Take a deep breath and get ready for an amazing adventure filled with moments to remember.

 

As a Postpartum Doula, I provide family support during the transition from birth into the rhythm of life at home. I help the family find their tools. My goal to be a resource of information and encouragement.

 

By offering assistance with cooking, laundry, organizing, and other vital parts of the household, the family is then able to rest and bond with baby.

 

By offering access to resources, I can also help the family to connect with support for any long term needs that they may have.
