Services

Free Consultation

As part of our interview process, I sit down with clients and help them talk through what their goals are and how having a Doula come along side them may help in the journey.

Phone & Email Support

Once hired, I am available to clients via phone and e-mail.  This provides access to research, information and encouragement.

Baby's First Feeding Support

As your Birth Doula, I am there with you during those first few hours after birth.  As needed, I am able to provide breatfeeding support, as well and help you connect with Lactaction support at the place of birth.

Postpartum follow-up visit

As part of Birth Doula Support, all clients recieve a follow-up Postpartum visit at their home.  This provides a time to review the birth and talk about any needs that you may have now that you are home with baby.

Childbirth Education Classes

Childbirth classes can be single couples or groups.  Tailoring information specific to what each family wants for their journey.

Overnight Postpartum Support

I am available to assist with overnight care on an as needed basis. Overnight support allows Mom (and Dad) to sleep in-between breastfeeding/feeding times, knowing that your little one is cared for. If Mother is exclusively breastfeeding, I will bring baby in to her when it is time to feed baby and come get baby when they are done so that Mom can quickly get back to sleep.

Community Referrals

Though as your Doula, I can not make recommendations regarding medical care, I can provide resources for area support services.
